Pystanを使った状態空間モデル練習デレステイベントアタポン形式位ボーダー概要本でStanを使った状態空間モデルによる分析方法を勉強したから、実際のデータで練習してみたもの今回はとりあえず以下のモデルで動かしてみたローカルレベルモデル平滑化トレンドモデルローカル線形トレンドモデル時変係数モデル説明変数はイベント期間の長さのみ結果としては、まだ全然うまくフィットできてないトレンドと期間のみでは説明しきれないため他に特徴量作って時変係数モデルでの分析は、追々やりたい作ったスクリプトたちの置き場所はココPystan使う前の準備pystanインストールpipinstallpystan少しハマったところpystanUnabletofindvcvarsallbatというエラーが出てバタバタした解決方法ココの通り、VisualStadioのCをインストールした使うデータココで取得したデータを、形式がアタポンのものだけ抽出したものローカルレベルモデル「状態がランダムウォークに従い、その状態にノイズが加わって出力が出てくる」と考えるモデル数式とかはココ参照所感全然の範囲に入っていないが、とりあえず中心あたりは通ってて、全体の傾向は見えている気がする年後半あたりがピークで、少しずつ下がってる平滑化トレンドモデル「状態の変化量がランダムウォークに従い、その状態にノイズが加わって出力が出てくる」と考えるモデル状態の変化量つ前の状態から今の状態への変化量数式とかはココ所感こちらも全然の範囲に入っていないが、やはりスムーズにはなってる年末あたりにピークが来ているローカル線形トレンドモデルローカルレベルモデルに「時間によって変化するドリフト成分」を追加したものローカルレベルモデルと、平滑化トレンドモデルのあわせ技のようなもの水準成分の変化がほぼの場合、平滑化トレンドモデルと同じになる数式とかはココ所感こちらも、全然の範囲に入っていない。 |
