Debouncing is a common practice used in search inputs where each onChange event triggers an API call Debouncing prevents sending an API request for each letter change instead it waits for the user to another thread to do some of our complex operations That s exactly why Web Workers are made Imagine you have a huge React app with a fairly complex DOM tree that updates frequently on network changes
