On the other hand Lee whose lab at UW has researched Brain Computer Interface technologies extensively sees wearable text displays more as a “stopgap measure until BCI tech further matures “We don t necessarily want to sell BCI to that point where Okay we re gonna do brain to brain communication without even talking out loud “Lee said “In a decade or so you ll find biological signals being leveraged in hearing aids for sure As little as the device seeing where your eyes glance may be able to give it a clue on where to focus listening “I hesitate to really say oh yeah we re gonna get
