vulnerabilidade social Não adianta cobrar a mesma performance de uma pessoa que possui o próprio computador internet estável e um local tranquilo para estudar com outra que precisa codar pelo celular por exemplo E isso ésobre real diversidade e inclusão Mais do que atuar em ações com pessoas jána fase de transição de carreira ou na universidade por exemplo eu aprendi que a verdadeira falta de inserção de mais meninas na tecnologia estáainda na infância no estímulo às crianças a partir de brinquedos e atividades que estimulem as ciências exatas e habilidades motoras Atuar com tecnologia
