training dataset includes inputs and correct outputs which allow the model to learn over time The algorithm measures its accuracy through the loss function adjusting until the error has been sufficiently minimized Supervised learning can be separated into two types of problems when data miningーclassification and regression Classification uses an algorithm to accurately assign test data into specific categories It recognizes specific entities within the dataset and attempts to draw some conclusions on how those entities should be labeled or defined Common classification algorithms are linear classifiers support vector machines SVM decision trees k nearest neighbor and random forest which are described in more detail below Regression is used to understand the relationship between dependent and independent variables It is commonly used to make projections such as for sales revenue for a given business Linear regression logistical regression and polynomial regression are popular regression algorithms How Supervised Learning Works In supervised learning models are trained using labelled dataset where the model learns about each type of data Once the training process is completed the model is tested on the basis of test data a subset of the training set and then it predicts the output The working of Supervised learning can be easily understood by the below example and diagram Suppose we have a dataset of different types of shapes which includes square rectangle triangle and Polygon Now the first step is that we need to train the model for each shape If the given shape has four sides and all the sides are equal then it will be labelled as a Square If the given shape has three sides then it will be labelled as a triangle If the given shape has six equal sides then it will be labelled as hexagon Now after training we test our model using the test set and the task of the model is to identify the shape The machine is already trained on all types of shapes and when it finds a new shape it classifies the shape on the bases of a number of sides and predicts the output Types of supervised Machine learning Algorithms Supervised learning can be further divided into two types of problems RegressionRegression algorithms are used if there is a relationship between the input variable and the output variable It is used for the prediction of Ethereum nodes abstracting away the technical compilations and making it possible to work with NFTs with just an Infura account some configuration and a few lines of code The Infura NFT SDK also doesn t require the overhead of learning Solidity importing ABIs etc Whether you are new to web or highly experienced Infura NFT SDK makes NFTs easy Let s jump in build and deploy an ERC NFT to see how it works What is the Infura NFT SDK The Infura NFT SDK is an SDK that allows you to build and interact with NFTs easily  It s implemented in TypeScript a programming language that is a strict superset of JavaScript  The SDK includes the ability to create mint and manage NFTs and query information about them  The significant part is that it abstracts away the technical details so you can focus on the core functionality of your dApp instead of the often difficult details It s all about ease of use with Infura SDKs Supported chains include WriteEthereum Mainnet Goerli SepoliaPolygon Mainnet MumbaiReadEthereum Mainnet Goerli SepoliaPolygon Mainnet MumbaiBSC MainnetBy using the Infura NFT SDK you also get access to Infura s core functionality and infrastructure which provides access to Ethereum and other blockchains without requiring you to run a full node With the SDK you can leverage many capabilities making it easier to build and scale your dApps So let s build an NFT and see what the SDK can do Building and Deploying ERC NFTWe will build a dApp and smart contract on Ethereum and use the SDK to create a new NFT We ll do all this on the Ethereum Goerli testnet so we don t have to worry about defects or the cost of deploying to the mainnet PrerequisiteBefore getting started you need the following prerequisites Node js and its package manager NPM Verify you have Node js installed by using the following terminal command node v amp amp npm vTypeScript installedAn Infura accountA basic understanding of TypeScript and JavaScriptMetaMask InfuraThe Infura NFT SDK is really simple to use In fact most of this tutorial is just the setup and configuration needed to create a dApp Let s start by logging in to your Infura account You should be on your dashboard where you can create a new key as shown below We ll create a new key for this project Click the “Create a New Key button and fill in the required information After creating your key your project ID will be visible on your dashboard under the API KEY section as shown below Copy and keep it somewhere you ll need it later in this tutorial Set up IPFS project on Infura DashboardNow let s create an IPFS project IPFS is a PP distributed file system for storing and accessing files and other data It works well with blockchain We ll need IPFS and these credentials to upload and store the metadata of our NFT project  Head to your dashboard and create another new key by clicking “Create a Key as shown below This time we ll choose IPFS as the network This project will work on the mainnet and what we will use it for testnet After creating your key you ll see your project ID and API key secret under the API KEY section of your dashboard You ll need this later as well so copy it and keep it somewhere safe Project Setup and InstallationNext we ll set up and initialize a node js Typescript project Use the following commands in your console mkdir typescript nft demo amp amp cd typescript nft demonpm init ynpm install D typescript ts nodenpx tsc initOpen the project in your preferred development environment For example if you are using Visual Studio Code use the following command to open the project automatically code Install the Project LibrariesNext we need to install the Infura SDK and dotenv library for reading the environment variables Use the following command  npm install infura sdk Etherscan Go to the Goerli Ethereum testnet site and paste the transaction hash from your output above as shown below You should see the details That was easy We successfully utilized the Infura NFT SDK to build deploy and mint an NFT on the Goerli testnet Import token on MetaMaskLet s look at our new NFT from a front end perspective using MetaMask First we have to import our wallet to MetaMask Click “Import Tokens as shown in MetaMask Be sure you are connected to the Goerli Testnet as shown Copy and paste the contract address to import your token on MetaMask as shown below And there it is An easy and fast way to add NFTs to your dApps You can use the SDK now to manage the NFTs and more see the docs for current capabilities Verify Minted NFT on OpenSeaWe ve successfully imported the minted NFT on MetaMask but now let s verify on OpenSea tesnet Connect your wallet and view your new NFT You should have something similar to what is shown below For reference here s the OpenSea link 海外TECH	Engadget	Keychron's Q1 Pro is a wireless version of its best mechanical keyboard	https://www.engadget.com/keychron-q1-pro-bluetooth-customizable-keyboard-143008367.html?src=rss	Keychron x s Q Pro is a wireless version of its best mechanical keyboardKeychon has been an ascending name in the mechanical keyboard world for a while now The company strikes a good balance between features and price and it s also not shy about releasing new models meaning whatever you re after it likely has a solution Unless you wanted a premium aluminum deck with a wireless option that is Finally that gap has been filled by the Q Pro a flagship fully customizable keyboard complete with Bluetooth connectivity Surprising as it may seem higher end customizable keyboards often don t offer wireless thanks to their tendency for metal housings Keychron s Q Pro then will be of great interest to those who want to fully configure their own keyboard but also want the convenience of Bluetooth As the name suggests the Q Pro is heavily based on the original Q model which Keychron launched in late Like its predecessor the Pro model features a gasket design a double gasket in fact hot swappable switches and QMK VIA compatibility open source software for easy remapping of any key There s also the option of an aluminum rotary knob for things like volume control or zoom or brightness or whatever else you might want it for and the obligatory RGB As with all Keychron models it s also compatible with Mac Windows and Android or all three at the same time thanks to the option to connect to multiple Bluetooth devices We were big fans of the original Q which offered a relatively affordable entry point into the fully customizable keyboard world And it s a bit of a weird world at that with configurations price and availability varying wildly Perhaps two of the higher profile competitors for the Q are the GMMK Pro starting at barebones or pre built and the recently released Sense from Drop starting at barebones or pre built James Trew EngadgetIn a slight break from tradition the Q Pro is being launched via Kickstarter The benefit here being the chance to grab one at an early bird price The barebones model is available for if you already have your own switches and keycaps Or for you can get the pre assembled kit Given that a set of keycaps or switches often cost more than on their own the complete kit does represent a pretty decent value Once you have everything setup or out of the box if you go fully assembled Bluetooth pairing is merely a key combo away As noted earlier you can connect the Q Pro to up to three devices of any type thanks to the switch around the back for Windows Android and MacOS There are even spare key caps in the box for the differing keys on Microsoft vs Apple layouts Of course if you want to connect over USB C instead that s still an option Battery life will largely depend on how ham you go with the RGB With no backlighting at all Keychron claims you can expect about hours of use on a full charge If you re demure with it that number drops to Keychron doesn t give an estimate for hardcore full power RGB but expect it to be less With the model Keychron sent for testing the gasket design appears to have a bit more flex in it than the original Q but that doesn t translate to a softer typing experience thankfully The supplied red switches are comparable to Cherry reds in resistance but of course you can choose whatever you want in fact it s encouraged It s hard to make a like for like comparison without having a rival product with the same switches and keycaps but overall the Drop Sense and GMMK Pro feel a little stiffer on the gasket side of things resulting in a snappier type As always your mileage and preferences will vary Regardless if you wanted a premium aluminum customizable keyboard with Bluetooth connectivity the Keychron Q Pro is likely your best if not only choice right now	2023-01-20 14:30:08
