目次はじめにー気候指数の目的気候指数には慢性リスク要因の定量化が求められる前回は地域区分の設定は検討課題として残した今回は指数の有用性をみるために観測地点の数を増やすー地域区分の設定日本では大きな気候区分の違いをもとに設定することは非現実的地理教科の気候区分は気候指数の地域区分には用いにくい気象庁の気候区分をもとに地域区分を設定ー観測地点の拡充つの条件を踏まえて地点を拡大気象庁が採用している観測地点を活用する海面水位指数は気象庁のデータがない地点については作成しないー気候指数の動向都市平均では、合成指数が、高温の指数がまで上昇地点平均では、合成指数が、高温の指数がまで上昇高温の指数の差はヒートアイランド現象の影響ーおわりに私見参考都市と地点の気候指数の推移都市では、鹿児島、横浜、大阪の合成指数が高かった地点では、浜田、境、銚子、石垣島の合成指数が高かった気候変動問題に対する注目が高まりを見せている。 |
