長期のインフレ期待に関する多くの指標は、現在は付近にあるものの、いくつかの指標は上昇しており、引き続き注視が必要であるリスク評価経済成長とインフレ見通しには引き続き大きな不確実性がある成長率への下方リスクには、ロシアのウクライナへの正当化できない戦争や、地政学的な緊張が広範囲に増加すること、それらにより世界的な貿易が断片化する可能性が、ユーロ圏経済の重しになる金融政策の効果が予想以上に強力に働くこと、あるいは世界経済が弱まり、ユーロ圏の輸出が抑制されることもまた、成長率の下押しになる逆に、労働市場が強く、実質所得が上昇し、不確実性が解消して人々や企業の景況感を改善させ、支出を増加させれば、予想よりも成長率が高まる可能性があるnbspインフレ率の上方リスクには、ロシアの黒海穀物合意からの一方的な離脱に関連して、エネルギーや食料品価格の上昇圧力の再発が挙げられる気候変動危機の進展に照らして、天候悪化により食料品価格が予想より押し上げられる可能性がある継続的にインフレ期待が我々の目標を上回ること、もしくは賃金や利益率の予想以上の上昇もまた、中期的に見てもインフレ率を押し上げる可能性がある多くの国における最近の賃金交渉の結果も、インフレ率の上方リスクに追加される対照的に需要の低迷、例えば金融政策が強く伝達されれば、特に中期的には物価上昇圧力が低下するだろう加えて、エネルギー価格の減少と、食料インフレの低下の他の財・サービスへの転嫁が現在の予想よりも急速に進めば、インフレ率も速く低下するだろうnbsp金融・通貨環境我々の金融引き締めは引き続き、広範囲の金融環境に強く伝達されている一部はECBの貸出条件付長期資金供給オペTLTROの段階的廃止を受けて、短期から中期の無リスク金利は前回の会合以降に上昇し、銀行の資金調達コストは高まっている銀行が良く準備をしていたため、月の大規模なTLTROの返済は円滑に完了した企業貸出と住宅ローンの平均貸出金利は月に上昇し、それぞれとなったnbsp銀行貸出調査によれば、高い借入金利、関連する支出計画の削減によって、信用需要は月期に急減したさらに企業や家計への貸出基準はさらにタイト化し、銀行は顧客の直面するリスクへの警戒感を高め、リスク許容度も低下している金融環境のタイト化は住宅購入を困難にし、投資の魅力を引き下げており、住宅ローンへの需要は四半期連続で減少しているnbspこうした背景を受けて、前年比の貸出は月に減速し、企業向けで、家計向けでとなり、月期の前期比年率ではそれぞれととなった貸出の弱く、ユーロシステムのバランスシートが削減されるなか、広義の通貨成長率は前年比でに低下し、月期の前期比年率ではとなったnbsp結論声明文冒頭に記載の利上げと、金融政策スタンスへの再言及nbsp質疑応答趣旨月のガイダンスがないとうことから、理事会は次回の追加利上げ、利上げ停止、すでに金利がピークに達しているということが等しくありうるopenということか今回の決定は全会一致で決定された月およびその後の会合における決定は、白紙openmindであるデータによる決定は月によって異なり、利上げするかもしれないし、据え置くかもしれず、月の決定は確定的ではないnbsp最低準備預金の付利引き下げの決定には、どれだけ中銀損失への懸念が影響したのか我々には金融政策の実行を可能な限り効率的にする義務がある我々が支払う利息をゼロに削減することで、金融政策はより効率的になるnbsp金融政策決定のタイムラグへの懸念と、インフレへの影響について。 |
